Using VennURL means you agree to these terms.

VennURL is operated by Asterverse Integrated Solutions and Allied Services Ltd. By using VennURL — whether or not you have an account — you agree to these terms.

If you're using VennURL on behalf of a business, you're agreeing to these terms on behalf of that business.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and what happens in it.

To create an account, you must provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Tell us immediately at support@vennurl.com if you think your account has been compromised.

What you can do

You can use VennURL for any lawful purpose.

You may use VennURL to:

• Inspect URLs for safety and trust signals
• Create VennURLs with context for links you want to share
• Generate QR codes for your VennURLs
• Access your dashboard and analytics

VennURL is free to use. All current features are available at no cost.

What you can't do

Don't use VennURL to deceive, harm, or abuse.

You may not use VennURL to:

• Create VennURLs that misrepresent where a link goes
• Wrap phishing, malware, or malicious links in trusted-looking VennURL pages
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests beyond normal use
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt VennURL's infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Our content and yours

You own what you create. We own what we built.

You retain ownership of the content you create on VennURL — your custom slugs, titles, and descriptions. By using VennURL, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content as part of running the service.

VennURL's code, design, brand, and infrastructure are owned by Asterverse Integrated Solutions and Allied Services Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them.

Uptime and changes

We aim for reliability but can't guarantee perfect uptime. We may change the service.

We work to keep VennURL available and running well. However, we don't guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for interruptions.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue VennURL entirely, we'll give reasonable notice.

Liability

VennURL is provided as-is. Our liability is limited.

VennURL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for:

• Accuracy of URL inspection results
• Damages resulting from reliance on our safety analysis
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Third-party content linked through VennURL

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (which may be zero, since VennURL is free).

Ending your account

You can leave at any time. We can terminate accounts that break the rules.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

After termination, we'll handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
